Following the unveiling of the Owls’ new 2014-15 home and away shirts in the summer, supporters have been eagerly awaiting new stock in the Megastore.
Due to the popularity of the home shirt, the first batch sold out at the club’s Owls in the Park event in July.
Since then, Sondico have been working hard to obtain additional supplies of the home shirt and also the new away shirt, which has been worn by the first team in each of their away victories at Brighton, Middlesbrough and Burnley.
Sondico have experienced manufacturing and technical issues in the factories producing the shirts, which in turn has led to a delay in sales.
Some issues have now been resolved and the club have a new batch of shirts now on sale.
The short sleeve option of the home shirt in adult sizes - small to 2XL - and the away shirt short sleeve in junior sizes YXS to YXL and adult sizes small to 3XL are now available.
However, stock will be limited in some sizes so supporters are advised to visit the Megastore early on Saturday ahead of the Forest game to make their purchase.
The club are hoping to receive further deliveries of both the home and away shirt next week, with factories having been requested to prioritise junior home shirts for the earliest possible date as some fans are still awaiting their pre-order shirts in these sizes.
A full size range of away shorts and socks are on sale now, together with all sizes in home socks and home shorts in YS, YL, YXL, medium and large men’s.
The aim of both the club and Sondico is to have full availability of both kits as soon as possible and the two parties are in dialogue on a daily basis to try to achieve this aim.
