Ten games into the Championship campaign and after a positive run of results in September, Adam Reach says it’s important to keep the focus only on the next game.
The former Middlesbrough man has featured in all five of Wednesday’s fixtures this month that yielded four wins from five.
But in this Championship marathon, Reach believes it’s too early to pay attention to the league table and insists focus must remain on each game as they come.
He said: “It’s early days to be looking at the table, you know the strong teams will be up there towards the end.
“You’ve just got to take every game as they come and then move on to the next one.
“That’s the mentality we need, go from game to game, concentrating only on that game then you will win more than you will lose.”
