Owls fans have voted Kieran Lee as the swfc.co.uk September Player of the Month.
The midfield ace has won the accolade with over 70% of the vote.
Lee scored three crucial goals during September; his first a dramatic 96th minute winner against Bristol City at Hillsborough.
Wednesday were 2-0 down at the break before goals from Steven Fletcher and Barry Bannan levelled the game.
Then deep into added time, Lee controlled in the box before firing past Richard O’Donnell to send Wednesdayites home delirious.
He repeated those heroics next time out on home soil by scoring a double to down Nottingham Forest, including another stoppage time strike in front of the Kop.
In second place was Fletcher with 22%, who also enjoyed a terrific month with Wednesday.
The striker bagged three goals in September, including the winner at Blackburn in midweek.
