Brentford chief executive Mark Devlin has thanked Sheffield Wednesday for playing their part in the Tuesday anniversary celebrations.
The Bees celebrated their 125th anniversary in midweek and to mark the occasion, SWFC presented Brentford with a cut crystal decanter – which will now take pride of place in the Griffin Park Boardroom!
Mark said: “We were treated to another very enjoyable evening of football, and one of the most entertaining scoreless draws you are likely to see.
"On behalf of everyone at Brentford Football Club, I would like to thank Sheffield Wednesday Football Club for recognising our 125th anniversary and for their very generous gift which we will proudly display within our Boardroom."
