Former Owls defender Reda Johnson has passed on some words of wisdom to close friend and new Wednesday recruit Claude Dielna.
Dielna penned a three-year deal with the Owls on Saturday and following his arrival at Hillsborough, Johnson, via his twitter account @JohnsonReda, acknowledged the scale of the move for the former Olympiacos stopper.
Johnson made 87 appearances for the Owls between 2011 and 2014 before penning a deal with Coventry in the summer.
The world of Twitter has been a busy place for the Owls of late, particularly on transfer deadline day when Wednesday announced the loan signing ex-Real Madrid man Royston Drenthe.
Fans waited in anticipation for the news after the club issued a tweet stating there was imminent breaking news.
The Owls’ Twitter account is growing by the day and has almost 61,000 followers.
