The draw for the fourth round of the Capital One Cup will take place on Wednesday 24 September immediately after the televised fixture between Spurs and Nottingham Forest, which is live on Sky Sports.
The Owls, of course, face current holders Manchester City at The Etihad Stadium the same evening in round three, kicking off at 7.45pm.
The tie must be decided on the night, with extra time and penalties introduced if required.
