Damian Martinez has extended his loan deal with Wednesday from Premier League leaders Arsenal until the end of the 2013/14 campaign.
The 21-year-old joined the Owls in October 2013 and, following a successful initial spell, extended his loan in November to New Year's Day.
The highly rated Arsenal product made his debut for the Owls in the home clash with Huddersfield and has made six appearances in total.
Martinez is also eligible to feature in this weekend’s FA Cup third round clash with Macclesfield.
