Sheffield Wednesday’s pre-season opponents in Slovenia will now be Russian Premier League side FC Arsenal Tula.
Tula take the place of original opponents, Serbian SuperLiga outfit FK Čukarički.
The date and venue remains the same for the friendly encounter: Wednesday 23 July at The Ptuj City Stadium, located 30 minutes from the Owls’ training camp in Maribor.
The game will kick off at 6.00pm local time.
FC Arsenal Tula posted their third successive promotion last term and will embark on their maiden top-flight campaign in 2014/15.
