Wednesday midfielder Nejc Pecnik has been called up to the Slovenia national squad for their upcoming FIFA World Cup qualifying contests.
Slovenia are set to face Cyprus on Friday 12 October in Maribor, Slovenia before travelling to Albania on Tuesday 16 October, with the game being played in Tirana.
Pecnik featured for his country last time out in their 2-1 defeat to Norway on 11 September.
