The Owls extended their unbeaten start to the new campaign following a 1-1 draw with Millwall.

And just prior to that, the Lions missed a penalty through Shaun Williams in a dramatic end to the game.
That aside, the Lions were in the midst of a cracking start this term with back to back wins so something had to give at Hillsborough.
And it was Stuart Gray’s side who showed first - they went on to dominate the first half - with Stevie May trying a clever back-flick following good work down the left from Joe Mattock.
Atdhe Nuhiu then thumped a header just over from a Maguire corner as the Owls began to take a grip.
The theme continued and Tom Lees nodded into the arms of David Forde from another flag kick – this time from Jacques Maghoma – before ex-Owl Mark Beevers survived a penalty shout for handball.
But with Wednesday looking favourites to open the scoring, Millwall broke on a rare counter and almost did.
Martyn Woolford took possession and burst in on goal from the left angle but could only fire high and wide.
The Owls hit back in an instant and had a second penalty appeal waved away when Maghoma went down under a challenge from Williams.
But when the breakthrough did come, it was from the home team and fully deserved on 57 minutes.
Wednesday won a free kick a yard outside the penalty area and Maguire stepped up to slam through the wall and into the back of the Kop net.
Millwall made a double substitution on the hour to spark the final third, with Ricardo Fuller and Gueye entering the fray.
And prolific striker Fuller almost made an immediate impact with a fierce goalbound drive blocked at the last by a superbly timed tackle from Joe Mattock.
Maguire went close to doubling the lead with a fierce drive from distance that flashed inches over before the Lions were handed a lifeline with seven minutes to go.
Lee Martin was adjudged to have been impeded in the area by Keiren Westwood but Williams’ penalty struck the post and rebounded to safety.
But just as it seemed the Owls were hanging on for the points, Gueye struck right at the last with a rasping drive to give Millwall a share of the spoils.
