Marnick makes PNE loan switch
Owls defender Marnick Vermijl has joined Championship rivals Preston North End on a season-long loan.The right back has made 11 appearances in total for Wednesday since his switch from Manchester United in February 2015.
The 23-year-old will link up with Simon Grayson’s side, who begin their first season back in the Championship with a clash against Middlesbrough on Sunday.
