Sheffield Wednesday are pleased to confirm ticket information to supporters for the Sky Bet Championship play-off final at Wembley on Saturday 28 May.

Following the semi final victory over Brighton & Hove Albion, the Owls will face either Derby County or Hull City in the final.

Wednesday will be allocated 38,889 tickets for the West End of Wembley.

Pricing categories at Wembley are split into five sections and there is also a concession rate for supporters aged 65 and over as well as for children aged 16 and under.

ADULT PRICES
Category 1 - £98 Adults, £49 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 2 - £76 Adults, £38 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 3 - £64 Adults, £32 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 4 - £52 Adults, £26 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 5 - £36 Adults, £18 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Due to the large volume of tickets dispatched in such a short space of time, and following advice from the Football League, the club will be using SEE Tickets to sell play-off final tickets. 

SEE have many years of experience in selling tickets for large venues such as Wembley due to their robust website and fully manned call centre.  

HOW TO BUY

Tickets will NOT be available in person at the Owls Ticket Office and will ONLY be available online at www.seetickets.com/go/swfc  OR over the phone on 01158960350 (local rate number).  

Due to the anticipated demand the club and SEE Tickets recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking. 

Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley seating plan online and choose in which block they would like to sit. 

Supporters will be asked for their Client ID/Supporter Number and Postcode. Each ID number can purchase ONE ticket only.  A maximum of eight tickets can be booked in one transaction. 

WHEN TO BUY

Ticket sales will be split into separate periods of sale each day – some days will have two separate sales times: 9.00am until 2.00pm and 2.00pm onwards. 

Wednesday 18 May 2016 – 9.00am until 2.00pm 
Season Ticket holders with 540+TPP 

Wednesday 18 May 2016 – 2.00pm onwards 
Season Ticket holders with 480+TPP

Thursday 19 May 2016 – 9.00am onwards  
All Season Ticket holders 

Friday 20 May 2016 – 9.00am onwards  
All Season Ticket holders, plus Second Half Season Ticket holders and new 2016/17 Season Ticket holders 

Saturday 21 May 2016 – 9.00am onwards
All of the above plus Owls Members and Owls Foundation Members 

Supporters who qualify for any of the above dates are guaranteed a ticket providing they book their Ticket in the required time frame.  

Sunday 22 May – 9.00am until 2.00pm
All of the above plus supporters who are not Season Ticket holders or members but have 100 + TPP (the equivalent of 10 games). 

Sunday 22 May – 2.00pm onwards
All of the above plus supporters who are not Season Ticket holders or members but have 50 + TPP (the equivalent of 5 games). 

Monday 23 May – 9.00am until 2.00pm
All of the above plus supporters who are not Season Ticket holders or members but have 20 + TPP (the equivalent of 2 games). 

Monday 23 May – 2.00pm onwards
All of the above plus supporters who are not Season Ticket holders or members but have 10 + TPP (the equivalent of 1 game). 

Tuesday 24 May – 9.00am onwards

General sale 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Disabled Tickets – There are a number of Wheelchair and Personal Assistant tickets available as well as Ambulant Disabled tickets with Personal Assistants. These are to be sold direct from the Owls Ticket Office NOT from SEE Tickets. Football League regulations apply, including the availability of age related concessions. Please note that only Disabled Tickets and Carers are available from the Wednesday Ticket Office. 

Family Area – Wembley Stadium have designated 1,000 seats in Blocks 137 to 140 in the West side of the Stadium as a Family Area for Sheffield Wednesday supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of at least one adult for one child up to a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.

Booking Fees – There is a £2.40 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.

Postage - £2.25 for First Class or £6.50 for Registered Post.

16 Years And Under – All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Babies/babes in arms will be allowed entry but must have a valid ticket for themselves. Babies aged 6 months or under do not need a ticket.

SEE Tickets Opening Times – SEE Tickets are open 24 hours a day both online and over the phone.

Official Coaches – Tickets for the Inter City Owl coaches will be available to purchase from the Owls Ticket Office. Full details will be announced soon. 

Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Sheffield Wednesday supporters travelling to Wembley. This will be launched shortly.

No Resale Of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.

Client ID/Supporter/Reference Number – This is unique number printed onto supporters’ Season Ticket cards or match tickets. If in doubt of their number, supporters need to contact the Owls Ticket Office on 03700201867 (option 1) or email ticketenquiries@swfc.co.uk and the Club will let them know what their correct number is.
