Donations to charitable causes
Sheffield Wednesday Football Club make donations to registered charities, community groups, religious groups, schools, nurseries, nursing homes and armed forces organisations within a 25-mile radius of Hillsborough Stadium.
Donations are made on the understanding that individual charitable organisations will auction or raffle the items for fundraising purposes. The club will donate items including signed SWFC replica shirts, pairs of category B/C match tickets for the Kop, signed photos and signed programmes. The item donated is at the club's discretion and applications must be made in writing, stating the registered charity number to:

Charitable Donation Request Form
Ground Collections
Sheffield Wednesday will allow charitable organisations within a 25-mile radius of Hillsborough Stadium to hold bucket collections at the stadium on selected home matchdays. Requests for these collections should be sent to Spencer Taylor at the club address (above).
The Children's Hospital Charity
Any groups engaging in fundraising activities for the club's official partners, The Children's Hospital Charity, should contact Simon Athey at The Children's Hospital Charity, Western Bank, Sheffield S10 2TH. Sheffield Wednesday will provide a number of items to The Children's Hospital Charity for fundraising purposes for every year of the club's partnership. Administration of this will be handled by The Children's Hospital Charity rather than Sheffield Wednesday.
