Posted on: Wed 28 Jul 2010

Sheffield Wednesday are pleased to announce that the club will be holding an open training session at Hillsborough on Monday 2 August.

Supporters are invited to come along to the ground free of charge and enjoy the unique experience of watching the Owls squad prepare for the start of the 2010/11 season.

Gates will open at 10am and supporters can take a seat in the North Stand before manager Alan Irvine takes to the pitch, along with the first team, for a training session at 10.30am.

Mascots Ozzie and Barney will be around to pose for pictures with fans and food and beverages will be on sale at selected kiosks in the North Stand.

Training will be followed by an approximate hour-long signing session in front of the North Stand from 12pm, giving fans the chance to get autographs and interact with the players.
