Ticketing Policies
SWFC's progressive ticketing policies have been in place for a number of years, and pre-date the Football Task Force report.

Pricing
A broad range of ticket prices are available.

Special schemes, for example 'Kids for a Quid' and Friend for a Fiver', are run on a one-off basis.

A scheme is available for supporters to pay for their season ticket by instalment. The club makes no profit from this service, and always receives several quotes to secure the most competitive rate for supporters.

Allocation
SWFC is committed to making at least 15% of tickets for each home match available to non season ticket holders.

Concessions
Concessionary prices are available to junior supporters (under-16s for matchday tickets, under-18s and under-21s for season tickets), senior citizens (over-60s) and full-time students who are in the Members Club.

Sections in the North and West Lower stands are allocated exclusively for disabled spectators and their helpers. Further requests regarding these facilities (and those for the visually impaired) should be made to Liz Higginbottom at the Club - Tel: 0871 995 1867, Option 0.

Some seats in the ground have a restricted view of the pitch. These tickets are the last to be sold within the relevant section of the ground and, when they are sold, they are subject to a £2 discount for adults and a £1 discount for concessions.

Family Enclosure
The Family Enclosure is situated in the Grandstand section of the South Stand, and is provided for the use of family groups.

Loyalty and Membership Schemes
The Owls Members Club offers several benefits, including 5% off in our Megastore, priority ticket booking and travel discounts.

Away Matches
For away matches where tickets are in short supply, the Club makes tickets available in a priority order. Although the specific details may change from game to game, priority is normally given to season ticket holders, Members, Shareholders and people who regularly attend away matches.

Cup Competitions
Tickets for home cup matches are usually sold at normal prices. However, in the early rounds of cup competitions prices are reduced where possible. The decision to reduce ticket prices and the level of discount must be taken with the agreement of the visiting club.

Abandoned Matches
In line with Football League recommendations, if a game is abandoned after spectators have been admitted but before a ball has been kicked, a free replacement ticket will be offered to all spectators. If a fixture is abandoned after kick-off, arrangements will be made for spectators to pay half price admission at the re-arranged game.

Returns/Refunds
Full refunds are available on match tickets where the tickets are returned to the Ticket Office at least 24 hours before kick-off.

Accommodating Visiting Supporters
SWFC supports Football League regulations governing the allocation on tickets to visiting clubs in that:

The admission prices charged to supporters of visiting clubs (who are seated in the West Stand) are in line with those charged to home supporters, in comparison with the views and facilities available. The club meets the criteria laid down by the Football League, which requires 10% of capacity, or a minimum of 2,000 tickets. The minimum allocation of tickets issued to visiting supporters for cup games will be 15% of capacity.

Merchandise

New Playing Strips
When a new strip is to be introduced, the Club will endeavour to consult with a cross-section of supporters regarding the design of the strip. SWFC aims to ensure that all home replica strip designs will have a minimum life span of two seasons.

SWFC will make details available of any intended change of kit through the Megastore, and publicise the date when the existing kits were launched through its club publications, (programme, website and merchandise catalogue) and by signage within the Megastore.

SWFC carries out its obligations under Football League Regulations to prevent any price fixing in relation to the sale of replica kit.

Refund Policy
SWFC will always offer refunds on merchandise in accordance with standard retail practices and as part of its legal obligations.
