Sheffield Wednesday manager Alan Irvine is predicting a tough match against South Yorkshire rivals Doncaster Rovers on Tuesday but will head into the derby with a solid game plan in place.
The Owls chief has stressed the importance of strong discipline and good organisation against Rovers and admits that three points is crucial tomorrow if the hosts are to pull further away from the bottom three.
He told Wednesday Player: "Doncaster are a good passing team with a lot of movement, a lot of interchange within positions and rotation within the team. They have some very good footballers so it will be a tough game.
"The emphasis for us is going to be making sure we're well organised and have good discipline about us when we don't have possession.
"There is a lot of movement in their team and you have to be very disciplined when you're not in possession."
Sean O'Driscoll's side produced an upset on Saturday as they beat high-flyers Nottingham Forest, keeping a clean sheet, after a recent bad run in the Championship.
And given Rovers' style of play, Irvine expects a very open and exciting encounter at Hillsborough.
He continued:""I do expect the game to be open, there's no doubt about that. They play in a very attractive way, they are a real threat and I think it will be a good game.
"The points are really important to us. We've had a good start so far but this is a big, big game for us and we need a result in order to make sure we don't slide back into the bottom three.
"We're going to have to win six more games, and I keep saying that, but that's what we have to do. This will go right to the end of the season and it's very difficult to get away from the teams who are around us because they keep winning games as well - there will be a big total required this season to avoid relegation."
