Former Owls captain Lee Bullen was back at Hillsborough on Friday to receive his 38th birthday present from partner Nic Spencer.
The gift was a painting by Pete McKee called 'enjoy', showing the defender sat with the League One play-off trophy in the changing rooms at Cardiff's Millennium in May 2005.

Club photographer Steve Ellis took the original picture shortly after the famous victory in Cardiff.
Lee told
swfc.co.uk: "That was the best day of my footballing career, so to have mementoes like that is absolutely brilliant. It would now be nice to see the next batch of lads get the opportunity to get to the real hallowed turf and into the Premiership.
"Clubs often go round in circles and at that moment I think Sheffield Wednesday were beginning to come back up. To be apart of the club heading back in the right direction was brilliant - it was absolutely fantastic and it will never be beaten for me."

Lee's partner Nic, who organised to have the famous caption painted in time for Bully's birthday said: "It's his 38th birthday on Sunday and this is his present so we wanted to come to Sheffield to give it to him.

She continued: "It's an iconic moment for the club and everything about Lee's career is based around that promotion and his captaincy. It was the biggest game he ever had and that photo is amazing and really captures the day."
Back to matters on the pitch for Bully, the defender is in the middle of a relegation battle with Falkirk who currently sit at the basement of the Scottish Premier League.
However, Bully insists his side are playing good football and have plenty to be upbeat about, with a Scottish FA Cup semi-final against his former club Dunfermline to prepare for.
He added: "We're playing really good football, cant win in the league but every cup game we've been brilliant. We got beat in the semi-final of the League Cup but we've a great opportunity to play in the Scottish FA Cup final. We face Dunfermline in the semi-final at the end of April.
"I did play for Dunfermline and Falkirk are their biggest rivals so it will be a bit of a derby. Things are going ok, obviously the league situation could be better but I'm confident it will improve."
