Award-winning striker Marcus Tudgay has paid tribute to his Wednesday team mates after scooping his latest title.
Tudgay - already a back-to-back winner of the Owls' Player of the Month vote - was named the PFA Fans' Championship Player of the Month for the second time in succession on Thursday but has taken a step out of the spotlight to credit his Owls consorts.
He exclusively told Wednesday World: "The team around me works so hard in every game and that has been a massive help for me.
"Everyone is working hard for each other and that also helps make everyone fitter. Personally, my fitness is good, I'm enjoying my football - which you have to do - so the aim is to keep going between now and the end of the season."
Tudgay is out to extend his tally of 13 goals so far this season on Saturday when the Owls resume their Championship calendar at relegation-threatened Norwich.
And the 26-year-old confirms Wednesday will be adapting a 'business as usual' approach for the crucial clash despite their relative safety.
He added: "We won't be taking our foot off the gas, we are training just as hard as we always do. We were down there last season, we know there will be gloom around the place and the only thing to change that is winning games.
"But we will have a fantastic following at Norwich and we'll be going out to put in a performance for them.
"Someone has to be down there and unfortunately for Norwich, it's them this season. They are a good side, though, and very dangerous on their day, we have to make sure their day does not come against us."
