The SWFC Card programme will be in full swing later this month following the introduction of credit card style season tickets and memberships.

Sheffield Wednesday's loyalty programme, introduced with partners TeamCard, will see points replace the previous percentage discounts available to season ticket holders and members. The programme will be in operation later this month with each point gained worth a one penny spend with Sheffield Wednesday on season tickets, merchandise or products.

In implementing the new programme, the current discounts available for season ticket holders and members will be withdrawn on Friday, September 18. SWFC Card points will then be awarded for all purchases made with Sheffield Wednesday (online, or in-store) from September 19.

Season ticket holders will receive ten points per pound spent on SWFC retail purchases (excluding tickets) - equal to the previous ten per cent discount.

All club members and Foundation members who are not season ticket holders will receive five points per pound on SWFC retail purchases (excluding tickets) - equal to the previous five per cent discount.

Season ticket holders and members will also receive one point per pound on average for all purchases made with TeamCard partners - including ebay, Travelodge, Play.com and Debenhams online. For full details of SWFC TeamCard partners visit www.teamcard.co.uk

Cardiff City match promotions
Sheffield Wednesday will run the following promotions for SWFC Card holders when we host Cardiff City at Hillsborough on Saturday, September 26:
All merchandising bought from the club will receive double the usual points entitlement outlined above on this day.
Season ticket holders entering the stadium before 2pm on this matchday will be assigned 200 teamcard points.

Refer A Friend
Current season ticket holders who referred a friend under the Refer A Friend programme this summer have already been allocated the following:
2,000 points for referred adult season tickets
1,000 points for concession season tickets - Allocated already via TeamCard

Club Membership
All new Members will receive 500 points - cards have now been printed and will be mailed later this week with points added electronically.
Members will also receive 200 points for every match ticket purchased for The Kop or North Stand (members who have already bought match tickets for these stands in 2009/10 will be credited by September 30).

Shirt offer
Season ticket holders should note that those taking advantage of the £25 replica shirt offer will not be entitled to any extra points for this particular purchase.
