Sheffield Wednesday striker Akpo Sodje has signed for Charlton Athletic on a half-season loan, which will take the 29-year-old to the end of his current contract at Hillsborough.
Sodje joined the League One side on a similar loan deal in November 2009 until the turn of the year and went on to make nine appearances for the Londoners, scoring twice.
The former Port Vale man is eligible to play in Charlton's trip to Walsall on Tuesday.
Sodje signed for the Owls in August 2007 and made 44 appearances, scoring nine goals along the way.
Sheffield Wednesday would like to thank Sodje for his services and wish him well for the future.
