Owls defender Richard Hinds is delighted to be back in the first team and is intent on playing his part in Wednesday's bid for survival, starting Saturday in the crunch clash against Reading.
Hinds has been out of the first team frame in recent matches having picked up an injury before Christmas and with few reserve team games to build up fitness.
But having returned to the starting line-up against Ipswich Town, the defender is now prepared for duty in this weekend's basement battle at the Madejski Stadium.
He told Wednesday Player: "I'm delighted to finally get the opportunity to play, it's been a long time since my last game for various reasons.
"It's a massive opportunity for me but also it's a massive few games coming up for the club. From now until the end of the season, they are all big games and we have to be at our best for them."

Reading sit one point and one place above the Owls in 20th position but have won fewer games at home than any other side in the Championship - with just three all season.
Hinds sees an excellent opportunity to steal points off close relegation rivals and climb the table in the process.
He went on: "We have a massive game on Saturday, we have to be positive and keep doing what we are doing which is working hard and being well organised.
"It's a strange situation because we have won a lot of games recently but everyone around us has won games as well so it will be edge of the seat stuff from now until the end of the season but we have to put a run together again and with a few more wins we could move right up the league table."
