Owls midfielder Tommy Miller is hoping he can play his part in Wednesday's bid for Championship survival having returned to first team duty.
The former Sunderland and Ipswich man has had a frustrating season after being sidelined for around three months with a hamstring injury.
But having returned to action and playing a key role in Wednesday's weekend win over Leicester, Miller is hopeful of a positive result from the clash against West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday evening.
He told Wednesday Player: "We are in the bottom three and we don't want to be there, so we have to get out of it as quickly as possible and Saturday's result against Leicester will hopefully help us.
"West Brom are a strong team and they've got players who are capable of coming off the bench and changing the game so we'll have to be on our guard.
"They like to keep the ball and play it from the back but we have to go there, get in their faces and frustrate them. We're going into the game confident and hopefully we'll give them a good game."
Miller admits this season has been one of his most frustrating but with the injury behind him, the midfielder is out to hold down a place in the starting line-up and help Wednesday climb to safety.
He added: "Being injured is not nice and I've been out for three months. It's been a frustrating time mentally but hopefully I'm over that now, I'm feeling strong and hopefully I can play my part from now until the end of the season."
