Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Lee Grant believes the Owls can carry their recent good form into the busy East period.
Wednesday travel to QPR this weekend before welcoming Bristol City to Hillsborough just two days later.
Alan Irvine's side have lost just once in seven outings and stopper Grant is confident that the points will keep coming until the end of the season:
"We've picked up some good results over the last month but they won't count for anything if we don't carry our form into this busy Easter period," he told Wednesday Player. "We're all aware of the position the club is in and we know that we still need a few more wins to be safe."
He added: "We put in a very good team performance at Coventry. I'm obviously extremely disappointed with the goal we conceded in the game, but I'll pick myself up and make sure I bounce back for Saturday against QPR and hopefully we can come away with three points."
QPR find themselves just five points clear of the drop zone and had it not been for the arrival of Neil Warnock, the R's could well have been in a worse position.
Since Warnock's arrival at Loftus Road from Crystal Palace in early March, Rangers have lost just once and Grant is aware of the threat the hosts will pose:
He said: "QPR are a tough side to play against and they'll obviously make things difficult for us.
"They're still in need of points to avoid being sucked into the relegation zone and it would be great if we could add to their worries. Neil Warnock will have the players fired up for the game, so we need to be at it right from the off."
Grant is also wary of the threat that Bristol City will bring to Hillsborough on Easter Monday:
"Things have turned around since the new caretaker manager has come in at Bristol City and that tends to be the case when there's a change in staff. But hopefully the honeymoon period will have worn off by the time we come to play them and we can add to our points tally."
