Sheffield Wednesday can confirm that 800 additional seats have been freed up for the Steel City derby against Sheffield United next month.

Following productive talks with the local Safety Advisory Group, seats not normally in use in the North Stand and South Stand at Hillsborough will be released for sale.

Tickets will go on sale this Monday, 30 January, at 9.00am and can be purchased in person only at the Owls Megastore on a first come, first served basis.

Supporters buying the additional tickets for this game must be on the SWFC database and tickets will be limited to four per person.

Please note that due to the limited number of seats available, there will be no telephone or online sale.

Initial tickets for the League 1 clash on 26 February sold out to home supporters earlier this week.
