Leon became Brian Laws' first permanent signing when the Owls captured the striker's services from Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee in January 2007.
The bustling striker moved to Hillsborough after scoring 15 times in 83 appearances for his hometown club, having made his debut at the start of the 2003/04 campaign.
He also had loan spells with Queens Park Rangers, Plymouth Argyle and Kidderminster Harriers during his time with Wolves and was the Molineux side's leading scorer at the time of his transfer to Wednesday. Clarke scored the first and last goals of the Owls' 2007/08 campaign, against Ipswich and Norwich and weighed in with eight strikes through the 2008/09 season.
