The Owls chalked up their first win of the 2008/09 pre-season with a 2-0 victory over Dutch side HFC Haarlem. Goals from Deon Burton and Marcus Tudgay, both in the second period did the damage to our hosts but contributions from all other areas sent the 700 or so Wednesday fans back to their hotels with a smile.
