As a community focused family club, Sheffield Wednesday are committed in supporting local and national charities.
This can entail the donation of signed or unsigned merchandise, player meet and greets, hospitality packages and matchday tickets for raffle and/or auction.
The club work hand in hand with a raft of charities of all size and profile on an ongoing basis and our ethos is to pledge our support where possible.
Any charity wishing to seek donations from Sheffield Wednesday should in the first instance download our charity donation request form HERE and submit to: firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of the team will be in contact by return.
In some instances we are not always able to facilitate but will seek a positive resolution in a timely manner.
All requests should include the following:
• Full details of the charity request
• The name of the charity, the address and charity number
• Contact name, email/address and telephone number
• Timings of a charity event if applicable
It should be noted that all requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance in writing to enable sufficient time for the respective arrangements to be put in place.

In addition, the club also facilitate charity bucket collections held around the stadium on select matchdays. Any registered charity wishing to submit an application should download the bucket collection request form HERE and submit to: email@example.com
In the event of supporters or anyone outside of charitable organisations requesting signed merchandise, greeting cards, video messages or the like, we regret this is not possible due to the high volume of similar requests. Supporters have full access for this purpose to our players outside the stadium on matchdays and during designated club events.
