Disabled Facilities at Hillsborough
The club provides the following for Disabled Supporters:
North Stand
54 Wheelchair Bays for home supporters
We also have 360 designated seats at the front of the North Stand in the Westfield Disabled Enclosure for home ambulant disabled supporters.
West Lower Stand
27 Wheelchair Bays for home supporters
9 Wheelchair Bays for visiting supporters
Kop
10 Wheelchair Bays for home supporters
Ambulant Disabled supporters also have the option of sitting anywhere in the North, Kop and South Stands but there is no availability in the Grandstand as this area of the ground is at floor level and accessed via eight flights of stairs.
Qualification required – Disabled Season Tickets
To qualify to purchase a Disabled Season Ticket, supporters must have documentation proving to be currently in receipt of Disability Living Allowance or personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Season Tickets for disabled supporters are charged at the concession rate in the relevant stand. Wheelchair supporters are charged at the Kop concession rate.
A complimentary carer Season Ticket is available if required for those receiving DLA at the middle or higher rate care component or enhanced level of PIP.
Carers to Disabled Season Ticket holders are issued with their Season Tickets free of charge as they are regarded as necessary support to disabled supporters. If for any reason the disabled supporter cannot attend a specific match but the carer still wishes to attend, please contact the Ticket Office to upgrade the Season Ticket on that occasion. Any carers’ tickets used when the disabled supporter is not in attendance will result in both Season Ticket cards being deactivated for the remainder of the season.
Match by match tickets
We have 11 wheelchair bays which are available to purchase on a match by match basis. 9 of these are situated in the West Lower and with one also in the Kop and North.
Ambulant disabled supporters can choose which stand they go in.
The disabled supporter will pay the relevant price band for the stand they wish to sit in, with a carer admitted free of charge subject to the above qualification.
Cup-ties and other games at Hillsborough
Season Tickets are valid for 23 home league matches only, supporters who wish to purchase tickets for other matches such as cup or play-off fixtures must contact the Ticket Office ahead of the game in question to purchase their tickets.
Away match tickets
For each fixture away from home, the club requests as many wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets as possible.
Tickets will be sold through the Ticket Office and should demand exceed supply, SWFC’s priority points scheme will apply.
Booking tickets
Disabled Tickets can be purchased through the Ticket Office.
The Ticket Office is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Saturdays (non-home match) 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturdays (matchdays) 9.00am to kick-off and 30 minutes after the game.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Ticket Office or by telephone on 03700 201867.
Unfortunately our online system cannot process complimentary carers’ tickets so this must be done in person or by telephone. Should any supporters have difficulty getting through to the Ticket Office, please email your contact details to dlo@swfc.co.uk.
We have a low level serving counter within the Owls Megastore if required.
Disabled Toilets
There are two disabled toilets situated near to the Westfield Disabled enclosure and at other locations around the stadium, RADAR keys are needed to access some toilets.
Radio Commentary for Visually Impaired Supporters
There are 30 radio headsets available allowing the visually impaired to receive hospital radio commentary from any point in the stadium. Headsets must be collected from the club’s Main Reception in the South Stand for home fans and stewards at Gate 6 for away fans and must be returned to the same place after the match. These are available on a first come, first served basis with a minimum of three headsets reserved for away fans.

Membership is £5.00 per person or £10.00 for a Family Membership per year.
Matchday Car Parking
We have a limited amount of matchday parking available for our disabled supporters priced at £10.00 per space (Blue Badge required at car park). These can be booked through the Ticket Office on 03700 201867, payment is required upon booking and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
