Sheffield Wednesday are set to play their maiden home game of the 2020/21 campaign this weekend.
Watford are the visitors, who head to Hillsborough as one of the strong favourites for promotion back to the Premier League.
The Hornets made a good start to life back in the Championship with a 1-0 win over Middlesbrough on home soil, and also advanced in the Carabao Cup after a penalty shootout victory over Oxford.
Wednesday have triumphed in their three away fixtures to begin the season in good style.
EFL Cup wins over Walsall and Rochdale with a 2-0 league victory over Cardiff in between have Garry Monk’s in high spirits at the start of the new season.

TEAM NEWS
SWFC: The Owls manager has reported a clean bill of health ahead of Saturday’s S6 clash.
Wednesday made 11 changes for the cup win over Rochdale in midweek and with focus back to the league and games coming thick and fast over the coming weeks, the Owls are set to make more changes on Saturday.
Monk said: “We have a clean bill of health, which is good. Osaze (Urhoghide) and Chey (Dunkley) are progressing. Chey is working really hard. It is just a process of building him up.
“I have said to the players it’s competition all the time. Every day.
“We have shortened the squad and done what we have done for a reason but they are all going to be needed. Everyone has to be ready.”
Watford: Manchester United youngster James Garner has signed for the Hornets on a season-long loan deal and is eligible to make his debut against the Owls.
Elsewhere, Watford could be without a number of players due to injury concerns and transfer speculation.
Will Hughes and Andre Gray are on the comeback trail from injury.
Meanwhile, captain Troy Deeney, Roberto Pereyra, Ismaila Sarr and Gerard Deulofeu are unlikely to be involved.
Daryl Janmaat (knee) and Isaac Success (Achilles) remain sidelined.
Owls boss on Watford: “Having watched them throughout pre-season, there is always a lot of talk about relegated teams and confidence, but they look a very confident team. They are going to be one of the strong contenders this year..”
Watford manager Vladimir Ivic said: "I watched them in the first game, they played very good football, very organised football and it will be very difficult and tough game. Normally, we need to be focused on our game, to improve some things from the first game and to fight for three points.."
