View from the dugout
Dave Jones said: "There is a stat that says three teams in this division are under-performing based on how many chances they create and we are one of them. We are creating plenty in the final third, and we know that, but we need to start putting more of those chances away."
Sean O'Driscoll said: "Our back four is something we need to get sorted quickly. We lost Sam Hutchinson when he was doing well. We have had to switch Greg Halford between right-back and left-back. We had an injury to Daniel Ayala, which meant Elliott Ward had to come in on loan and we are changing things all the time."
