Southampton: Southampton look set to implement a number of alterations against the Owls this evening.
Development Squad players such as Corby Moore, Jake Sinclair and Sam Hoskins could be involved having been on the bench at Stevenage in the second round of this competition.
Jack Cork could make his return following his recovery from an ankle injury sustained in pre-season.
