Sheffield Wednesday have completed the loan capture of young Sampdoria striker Andelko Savic.
The 20-year-old has signed a season-long loan deal at Hillsborough.
The coveted striker began his career at youth level with FC Basel before making the switch to Italian Serie A side Sampdoria in 2011.
Savic, who has represented Switzerland at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-21 level, rose up through the ranks at Sampdoria and made his Serie A debut in January of this year.
The young hitman said: “I am very happy to come to Sheffield Wednesday, this is a very big club and a very big opportunity for me.
“I am a big admirer of English football, it is very different from over in Italy, it is much more physical but I like it here.
“I am really looking forward to getting started. I am enjoying the training, there are some very good players here, good coaches and a good manager and I want to show everyone what I can do.”
