The Sheffield Wednesday Development Squad will now play all 2013/14 home fixtures at Hillsborough.
During the inaugural Under-21 campaign last season, the majority of home fixtures were played at the club’s Middlewood Road training base.
But for the new term, which kicks off on Monday 19 August at home to Coventry (1.00pm), the Owls youngsters will have plenty of opportunity to impress on the big stage.
Lee Bullen said: “All home games are pencilled in at Hillsborough and that is a positive step because they may be called upon at any time, even if it’s just to sit on the bench.
“This is certainly a step up in their education and it’s an experience they all need to have, whether it’s in front of 30,000 or 300, it’s important they know their surroundings.
“We were lucky to get games here last season, the players really enjoyed it so this is good news for the squad.”
Games will be priced at adults £3 and Children £2.
