Owls: Loan duo Leroy Lita and Danny Pugh are available to make their first appearance for the Owls at Hillsborough.
The pair impressed last week at The Valley as Lita scored a last-gasp winner on his debut to secure three points for Wednesday.
Jeremy Helan is also in line to feature on Saturday having returned to S6 on loan from Mancester City until the end of the season.
Brighton: Gus Poyet could hand league debuts to duo Matthew Upson and Leonardo Ulloa.
Defender Upson signed for Brighton on loan from Stoke until the end of the season on transfer deadline day.
Argentinian striker Ulloa signed a four and a half year deal from Spanish side Almeria last month and scored on his debut for the Seagulls last weekend in their FA Cup defeat to Arsenal.
Right back Bruno Saltor is set to make his comeback to the side after recovering from tendonitis.
Brighton have lost just two of their previous 16 Championship games.
