With just one day to go before the Early Bird discount deadline on 2013/14 Season Tickets, Sheffield Wednesday are advising supporters that the easiest way to buy a new Season Ticket or renew an existing one is online at www.shop.sheffieldwednesday.co.uk
This is by far the most straightforward method given the expected demand in the Ticket Office on Friday and Saturday.
The official SWFC online shop is open 24 hours a day and offers a quick and easy way to purchase Season Tickets. Supporters can also book by telephone on 0871 900 1867 around the clock.
Those who wish to claim a free under 8s Season Ticket are advised that these are not available online and the club advises fans to make their other Season Ticket purchases, then email ticketoffice@swfc.co.uk with the relevant details of the under 8 (name, address and birth certificate) for the transaction to be processed.
For Wednesdayites wishing to buy in person, the Ticket Office is open on Friday until 5.00pm and from 9.00am on Saturday until kick-off (5.20pm) when the Owls play Nottingham Forest.
It will also be open immediately after the game.
Ticket Office manager Alastair Wilson said: “Season Ticket sales have again been hugely successful during the Early Bird period and, as per last year, we are expecting an extremely busy final two days.
“As a result, we would urge supporters to buy their Season Tickets online if possible to avoid unnecessary queuing.
“Of course, we realise that is not always possible, so we will endeavour to accommodate all sales in the Ticket Office and ask that supporters remain patient during this time.”
