Elite squad place for Dawson

Owls goalkeeper Cameron Dawson has been included in the England Under-19s UEFA Elite Squad for their upcoming European Championship qualification fixtures.

The young Three Lions are set to gather at the St George’s training camp between 13-15 May before flying out to Belgium for three games.

England play Georgia on Friday 24 May and hosts Belgium two days later before rounding off the trio of qualifiers with a game against Scotland on 29 May.

Only the nation who finish top of their group will progress to the last eight of the competition, with the finals taking place in Lithuania between 20 July and 1 August.
