Sheffield Wednesday can confirm the initial detail for the team’s pre-season trip to Portugal this summer.
The Owls contingent will fly to Faro on Sunday 14 July before heading to their training camp base near Albufeira, where the week-long stay will commence.
Dave Jones’ side are set to play two friendly games whilst in Portugal.
The club are awaiting confirmation on the first game but can reveal that the second encounter will take place on Saturday 20 July against newly-promoted Premiership side Hull City.
The venue for both games is scheduled to be the Estádio Municipal de Albufeira.
Wednesday will then return to these shores on Sunday 21 July.
