Team news
Owls: Reda Johnson (groin) will be assessed ahead of the game but Joe Mattock is available if called upon, having stepped up his comeback from a knee injury.
Damian Martinez is eligible to go straight into the squad after the goalkeeper signed on loan from Arsenal this week.
David Prutton (ankle) will not be available for the Owls.
Bolton: Defender Marc Tierney is ruled out with a fractured ankle. The Bolton man sustained the injury against Yeovil last month but the full back is hopeful of a return before the end of the season.
Elsewhere, Mark Davies, Stuart Holden and Joe Riley are sidelined with their respective knee injuries.
Andre Moritz (groin) will also miss the game, while Chung-Yong Lee and Adam Bogdan are both in contention after international duty.

One to watch - Neil Danns
The 30-year-old midfielder penned a three-month loan deal with Bolton in September.
During his two games for Wanderers so far, Danns has helped his side pick up four points and scored last time out in the club’s 2-1 win over Birmingham – their first three-point haul of the season.
