Stuart Gray has paid tribute to the 5,000+ following from Sheffield that lit up Craven Cottage on Saturday.
Despite going down 4-0 to Fulham, the Wednesday hordes remained in superb voice throughout the capital clash, prompting some glowing words from the Owls’ head coach.
He said: “They were magnificent. I have never know supporters like them.
“They sang and bounced from the first minute to the last and I can’t thank them enough.
“But they have been like that all season, at home and away from home, all over the country.
“Sheffield Wednesday are very, very fortunate to have the kind of support we have.”
