The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme are reuniting the Owls’ promotion-winning team of 1984 for a one-off charity event at Hillsborough.
The ‘Class of 84’ will see Wednesday legend David Hirst compere an evening of fun, food and football nostalgia not to be missed by any SWFC enthusiast!
Manager of the team Howard Wilkinson will be in attendance as he rubs shoulders once more with the likes of Mel Sterland, Gary Bannister, Imre Varadi, Tony Cunningham and more.
The event - sponsored by City Taxis - will take place in Hillsborough’s 1867 Lounge on Thursday 10 April and is priced at just £30 per person or £290 for a table of ten, which includes:
- Two-course meal
- Comedian
- Memorabilia auction
- Q&A with the players
- Photo opportunities
All proceeds will go to Sheffield Wednesday’s charitable arm, the SWFC Community Programme.
