Team news

Owls:  Joe Mattock is suspended for the trip to the capital as the defender serves a one-match suspension following his red card at Rochdale on Saturday.

Reda Johnson (hip)will undergo a late fitness test.

Connor Wickham has returned to parent club Sunderland but otherwise the Owls have no fresh injury concerns.

Millwall: Millwall boss Ian Holloway will be without goalkeeper David Forde so ex-Owl Stephen Bywater is set to deputise.

Jermaine Easter completes a three-match suspension following his straight red card in the FA Cup third round defeat against Southend, whilst Richard Chaplow (calf) is unlikely to be risked.

The Lions completed a deal to sign Shaun Williams from MK Dons on Monday and is in line to make his debut this evening. Striker DJ Campbell could also feature having signed on loan for the Lions last week.

One to watch – Stephen Bywater

The ex-Owls goalkeeper is in line to to make his seventh appearance of the season for the Lions this evening with David Forde sidelined through injury.

The 32-year-old signed for Millwall in June 2013 after falling out of contract at Hillsborough but has struggled to gain regular first team football.

But Bywater will be out to take his chance in the first team this evening.
