The new Sheffield Wednesday home shirt has proven a big success as the Owls Megastore achieved a near sell-out at the club’s family fun day, Owls in the Park, on Sunday.
More than 1,500 Wednesdayites were the first to get their hands on the brand new Sondico shirt.
Fans particularly liked the new style club crest and the ‘WAWAW’ strapline on the neck tape of the shirt.
Following the successful launch, further deliveries are expected this week and fans will be informed via the official website when they can next get their hands on the new shirt.
