Important information – Season Ticket cards

10 July 2014

The Owls can confirm that all 2014/15 Season Ticket holders will receive a new season card for the upcoming Championship campaign.

Supporters who purchased their Season Ticket in person can collect their cards now - and this Sunday’s Owls in the Park event is the ideal time for supporters to pop into the Ticket Office during what promises to be a fantastic community day.

Wednesdayites who purchased their Season Ticket online or by telephone and added the postage fee will have their cards dispatched to the lead delivery address requested during the payment process. These cards will all be delivered by the end of July.   Those that didn’t pay the postage fee, the cards are also now ready for collection.

The 2014/15 season cards will again be sponsored by City Taxis, who offer a unique ‘Peace of Mind’ service to Owls fans.

Season Ticket holders can call City Taxis on 0114 2393939 quoting ‘SWFC Safe Taxi Scheme’ and on arrival of your taxi, hand your Season Ticket to the driver to cover payment up to £20.

City Taxis then return your card to the Wednesday Ticket Office within 48 hours and supporters pay the fare upon collection.  This initiative is in place not just on matchdays but also throughout the week for those unforeseen emergencies.

If you have a query on the ‘SWFC Safe Taxi Scheme’ please email Paul Gosney at City Taxis on paul@citytaxis.com.
