In temperatures approaching the 90s, the Owls landed safely in Slovenia on Saturday afternoon.
The S6 contingent checked into their Maribor hotel around 3.00pm local time, three hours ahead of the first training session at 6.00pm.
The next five days will see Wednesday put through their paces twice a day, culminating in the friendly encounter against FC Arsenal Tula on Wednesday.
