Ahead of the 2014/15 season, the Sheffield Wednesday Ladies Football Club are recruiting new players of all ages at trials during June.
From junior teams to the adults first team, girls of all ages are being encouraged to try out for the Sheffield Wednesday Ladies team.
Junior teams aim to develop skills and technique to lead onto a pathway from junior level football to senior.
All hopefuls are asked to bring a drink and wear suitable footwear and shin pads.
Trials will take place at the Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park, Bawtry Road, Sheffield
S9 1UA on:
Saturday 7 June and Saturday 21 June:
10.30am - 12:00pm for Under 9s to Under 13’s.
1.00pm - 2.30pm for Under 14’s to Under 18’s
Sunday 8 June and Sunday 22 June
2.00pm to 4.00pm for three levels of adult squads.
Trials for Under 16's & 18's and adults will be held on 4G.
Training for all teams will start in July so if you are unable to make the trial dates above there may still be chance for you to come along and get involved.
Players must not be registered with any other team in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Girls or Women’s County Leagues
