The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme are reuniting the Owls’ promotion-winning team of 1984 for a one-off charity event at Hillsborough and tickets for the special evening have now sold out.
The ‘Class of 84’ will see Wednesday legend David Hirst compere an evening of fun, food and football nostalgia!
Manager of the team Howard Wilkinson will be in attendance as he rubs shoulders once more with the likes of Mel Sterland, Gary Bannister, Imre Varadi, Tony Cunningham and more.
The event - sponsored by City Taxis - will take place in Hillsborough’s 1867 Lounge on Thursday 10 April.
All proceeds will go to Sheffield Wednesday’s charitable arm, the SWFC Community Programme.
