Sheffield Wednesday defender Oguchi Onyewu has been selected to represent the USA for their international friendly fixture with Ukraine.
The game is set to take place tomorrow in Larnaca, Cyprus (7.00pm).
Onyewu has been a regular for the USA since making his international debut in 2004.
The Owls defender has represented his country at the previous two World Cups in 2006 and 2010 and played the full 90 minutes in the United States’ opening group game match in June 2010 against England.
In total, the 31-year-old has made 68 appearances for the USA.
Since joining Wednesday in January 2014, the former QPR man has featured six times for the Owls, scoring one goal in the FA Cup clash with Rochdale.
