Aspiring footballers to train at Owls’ Soccer Camps

7 May 2014

Aspiring young footballers are set to enjoy a selection of football activities at special training events over the Spring Bank Holiday week.

The Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme will be hosting Soccer Camps at the club’s training ground on Middlewood Road, Retford Oaks High School and the HSBC Sports Centre between Tuesday 27 May and Friday 30 May.

Delivered by fully-trained coaching staff, the camps offer budding footballers, aged five to 14, the chance to learn valuable skills in a fun and safe environment.

As well as benefitting professional coaching from expert coaches, children will have the opportunity to get noticed and progress to the club’s development centre.

The camp at the Owls’ training ground is £25 and £30 at the other two venues for the full week - all with the option of a daily rate of £15. All camps run from 9am-4pm each day with registration starting at 8:45pm.
