Owls youngster Cameron Dawson has been selected for the England Under-19s squad aiming for a place in July’s European Championship finals in Hungary.
The talented goalkeeper was included in the 23-man training camp squad that gathered last week and Dawson impressed sufficiently to make the final cut of 18.
Noel Blake’s England side will play Montenegro, Ukraine and Scotland in the Elite Rounds of the competition.
On the domestic stage, Dawson graduated through the Owls’ academy to earn a professional contract in S6 and broadened his experience last season with a loan spell at League Two side Plymouth.
