Sheffield Wednesday have added another fixture to the pre-season schedule ahead of the 2014/15 campaign.
As the Owls step up their preparations ahead of the new season, Stuart Gray’s troops will travel to Gigg Lane to face League Two side Bury.
The game will take place on Friday 18 July and kick off at 7.45pm.
Under manager David Flitcroft, the Shakers climbed well away from the League Two trap door to finish in 12th position.
Wednesday’s current pre-season schedule is as follows:
Friday 18 July: Bury v Owls (7.45pm)
Wednesday 30 July: Owls v Newcastle (7.45pm)
Saturday 2 August: Barnsley v Owls (1.00pm)
